RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Goods Not Received Refund Guarantee

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the shipped notification date, please contact our support team so we can discuss options for replacement, or for a full refund of your purchase. If only some of the items in your order have not been received, you will be refunded for those items only.

This policy will not apply under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control such as a natural disaster.
4. You missed parcel delivery by your local postal carrier.

Returns

Our returns policy expires 30 days after the delivery date of your purchase, therefore a return request, exchange or refund cannot be accepted beyond this time frame.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Goods received must be unused and in its original packaging, meaning:

1. Goods which have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be sold again and can therefore not be returned.
2. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc.
3. Goods or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for returns.
4. Goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be accepted for returns.
5. Jewelry, watches, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used, customized, carved, changed or damaged also cannot be returned.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
- Items are as described, but you no longer want them

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Books with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

- Shirts, mugs, and apparel items are custom printed on each order, therefore these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a pre-defined processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gr8grab.com and we will email you our return instructions, including return shipping address.

Purchases as Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be posted to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and we'll advise them about your return.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs to return your item(s), shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
