Frequently Asked Questions

Our business model and established relationships give us access to apparel, fashion accessories and giftware at super low prices so we can pass on great savings to you, our valued customer.

Because we ship directly from our supplier's facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) can take between 3 and 6 weeks to arrive. Some of our suppliers do not provide tracking numbers, but you can rest assured that your products will be delivered as we do monitor and track their delivery.

Here are some of the typical questions we receive from our customers:

I've added the wrong shipping address or have chosen the wrong size or color, can I change it after my order has been processed?

Generally, we can change your order but you must notify us by email as soon as possible after you submit your order so we can adjust it accordingly prior to shipping.  We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please contact us with the correct information as soon as possible.

All of our customer orders are usually processed immediately after payment is received and items do tend to ship out within a few days of your order being received.

If your order has already been shipped by the time you contact us we may not be able to adjust or correct the requested change.  We urge you to contact us at your earliest convenience so we can at least attempt to adjust your order. We want to build long-term relationships with our customers so we will do our best to make things right where we possibly can!

Why didn’t I receive any order confirmation details from you?

    Most of the time this happens because our customers have accidentally misspelled their email address at the time of placing their order(s).  Throughout the purchasing process, we generally send you at least 3 emails, including a thank you for your order email, an order confirmation email and receipt, and a shipping notice email.

    If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly or you are not sure, please contact us immediately and we’ll make sure we have the correct email address in our database.

    Do you ship to my country?

      We offer Worldwide Shipping for most of our products (unless specified on the product page) and the main countries we ship to are USA, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.

      In what currency do you accept payment?

        We trade in USD currency for all orders worldwide, and accept most of the popular credit and charge cards, including PayPal.

        How long does it take for my order to arrive?

          This generally depends on the product(s) ordered using the following as a guideline:

          • Custom items such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tote bags can take 2-3 weeks
          • Regular/ sales priced items can take between 2-5 weeks
          • Promotional "just pay shipping and handling" items can take between 3-5 weeks

          Please note:  At certain times, delivery may take longer due to various factors and seasonal events like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major local and international holidays that may affect the delivery chain.  If we have already shipped your order we will not be able to issue you a refund under such circumstances.

          Please also note that due to the popularity of certain items during the year, shipping times may take longer than the above average delivery estimates. For promotional (free offer) items ordered between 1/27/17 and 2/12/17, please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery to the US, and around 6-8 weeks for International delivery due to this peak demand and production period.

           If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, please contact our support team so we can discuss options for replacement, or for a full refund of your purchase.  This policy excludes errors made by customers at the checkout (such as entering incorrect delivery address) and also where parcel deliveries are missed once delivered by your local postal carrier.

          Can my order be shipped faster?

            Only standard shipping is currently available with most of our products.  The shipping times will vary depending on the products you have ordered, together with supplier’s stock availability and their shipping time frames. For more information on the standard shipping delivery time frames, please refer to the above FAQ, "How long does it take for my order to arrive".

            It's been over 6 weeks and I have not yet received my order, what should I do? 

            If you have not received your order within the time frames given above (refer “How long does it take for my order to arrive”), please contact us and we will immediately investigate the situation for you, and we will then advise you of the status of your order or any decisive action we may take.

            Here are a few reasons as to why customer orders may take longer to arrive at your shipping address:

            • Incorrect shipping address was entered when the order was originally placed
            • there was an issue with customs, which can cause further delay
            • Delivery was in fact made to your shipping address by your postal carrier at a time when you weren’t home to receive your parcel.

            Please contact us if you haven't received your order within the above time frames and we assure you that we will do our best to rectify the situation!

            How do I check the status of my order?

              You can track your order status via our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow a week after you have placed an order before you track your order as the tracking number may not have been added as yet.

              After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our partner fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days.

              I only received one of my ordered products... where's my other products?

                We supply a large number of products that are not stocked in-house, therefore some of your items will be shipped from manufacturers in places such as China, India, Indonesia or Thailand, while others will be shipped directly from suppliers in the US.

                For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.  You may receive one item before the next so please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…rest assured the remaining products you ordered are also on their way to you!

                Are the "Free Offer" items really free?

                  YES! Our promotional items cost you absolutely nothing other than a nominal shipping and handling fee. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)

                  What is your return policy?

                    If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, we’ll either replace the item at no additional cost to you, or we’ll reimburse the full cost of your original payment, including shipping costs. Refer our return & refund policy page for more information.

                    How secure is my personal information?

                    Gr8grab adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

                    Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during payment using SSL (secure socket layer) technology, which is widely used over the Internet for secure payment processing. Your credit card information is ONLY used to complete the requested payment transaction.
